Louise Webster, founder of Beyond the School Run website is not surprised. “A lot of male-dominated organisations, such as banks and law firms, are contacting me because they are exploring different ways to work,” she says. “They are seeing what I’m seeing, which is that a lack of diversity is stifling women in bog corporates, and often when they go on maternity leave they won’t go back. There is talent drain.”
