I set up our first Ambassador programme in 2017 really as a trial, to see if I could bring together a group of people to work together collaboratively, sharing skills and talents to support one another. And I am so happy that I did. The team grew to 6 people, a designer, a marketer, a career coach, a digital expert, a web analytic expert and a PR professional (you can read about them and their businesses here www.beyondtheschoolrun.com/ambassadors-programme ). I was at the stage of preparing to launch my book ‘A New Way for Mothers’ and developing the website and the learnings, knowledge and support I received from the group was so valuable. What stood out to me was when you bring a group of people together with a collection of skills, however flexible, it can really be transformative. Working on your own you often just need others to connect with to help you grow and create new ideas and decisions.
This could be your first step after having focused solely on caring for the children; the support you need whilst growing a business or setting up as a freelancer or maybe you are looking for a flexible role and this could keep you connected to work in the meantime. It is an opportunity for you to be part of a team, connect with others and their talents to help you and if you have one your business grow. You will receive exposure on Beyondtheschoolrun.com and we will look at other ways of working together. It doesn’t matter what your background, or where you are right now, what matters is a passion to be part of something exciting.
I am so grateful to the team of wonderful women that worked together with me, the first ever Ambassador group and I am also so excited to see their businesses grow. We have three of the Ambassadors from 2017 joining the team again this year and if you are interested in finding out more, I would love to hear from you.
So please just email me with your initial interest to: email@example.com. A really short introduction to yourself and then we can speak.
Excited to see where this journey will take us all, individually and collectively.
